Join us for the 4th Annual Lutefiskfestivalen at Norway House, a one-of-a-kind celebration of Norway’s most iconic holiday dish—lutefisk.
During this festive evening, guests will enjoy a full lutefisk dinner inspired by contemporary Norwegian cuisine and prepared by Norway House’s preferred caterer, Chef Francisco of ELMO Catering. Expect perfectly prepared lutefisk with traditional sides like crispy bacon, potatoes, and brunost—elevated for a modern food experience.
This year’s festivities will be emceed by Sven Sundgaard, the beloved MPR meteorologist and familiar face across the Twin Cities who will lead an evening of entertainment, including learning about the history of lutefisk and aquavit—plus a special musical performance blending traditional and contemporary Norwegian sounds that capture the spirit of the evening.
